I bought a microwave few weeks ago and I havent tried using it at home. By the time that I will be using it, the product is not functional. I went back to Safe National of America, to have my product replaced, but the sales representative told me that thats the last item they have. If I wanted it to be replaced, I have to wait for a week or two because they will have it shipped. I waited fora month for their feedback but I didnt even receive a call, so I went back to the store and checked. When I got there, they told me that my product is already available. Geez, I dont think this people have protocols.

First of all, a microwave oven CANNOT be "mailed". A microwave gets "shipped" which would most likely be via UPS, NOT the US Mail.

Shipped fro where, EXACTLY??

Walk in to what physical store, EXACTLY??

I need you to give us the actual physical address of any store you claim to have as well as a digital picture of the storefront showing the address, and a copy of the business license for that "business" location, as required by law.

I did an extensive database search on "Safe National of America" and it DOES NOT exist as any legal business entity anywhere in the entire United States!

WHY is that, do you suppose?

All "business" addresses that have been given have been nothing more than private mailbox addresses. I verified the Las Vegas "business address" as a UPS STORE.

So, WHERE, EXACTLY are these physical stores you claim to have??

I hereby challenge you to put up or shut up.

Your SCAM has been exposed.

You are an idiot.

Defective Microwave

Per the customers complaint, (s) he ordered a microwave which was defective.Upon reporting the issue to customer service, the customer was informed that there would be a delay in replacing the item due to the fact that it had been backordered by the vendor of the item. The customer was assured that the microwave would be replaced.Due to an oversight, the item was not mailed to the customer and the customer had to come in to the store to pick the replacement microwave up.We apologize for this inconvenience.We look forward to working with this customer to resolve any further concerns that they may have.
