December 3, 2010 I received a loan. My information was given to a third party who on December 13, 2010 withdrew $25.00 from my account.

I've been in contact with this company since this has happened. The last conversation two weeks ago I was told the money was released back to my account. Nothing has been returned to my account.

Now I'm wondering who I can report this to in order to file a fraud claim against this company. I've given them ample time to return this money. I know now that is not their intentions to return the money to my account they claim was taken in error.

Keep fighting it.

The same happened to me, and I got my money back by harrassing the heck out of Nicholas Potter, at info.bestsavingsource@gmail.com, and threatened legal action and filing official complaints, which I have been following through with even though I did get my money back within a couple of days. The BBB emailed me today, saying that Nicholas Potter stated that the money was returned to me and wants me to drop my complaint. I selected to respond that this is not good enough, and explained to the BBB that this "company" is a scam operation that steals banking information off of payday loan websites (identity theft) and uses it to steal money out of personal accounts. They only return the money to you if you complain loudly. I REALLY want to see them stopped and persecuted. There are lots of operations like this out there, but I have a personal vendetta against this one.

Do you mind sharing which payday loan lender it was? I have been trying to figure that out. I applied to several and never ended up getting a loan, but they still drafted $29.95 out of my account.

What to do

Report them to the better business bureau

www.bbb.org

Then report them to the Internet Crimes Complaint Center

www.ic3.gov

We have already determined that this is scam. Be sure to give as many details as possible in your complaints, including the company you got the loan through.

His name is Nicholas Potter. He refuses to admit that he is running a scam, but we are working on proving it.
