Safe National Of America Warranty not Guaranteed St. Petersburg, Florida

As supposed to quality control, Safe National America is a downer, a total fail on that aspect. Why else would I buy in this same company when all they have are great looking products that fall short on quality as far as Im concerned. I bought a console last month. I was pretty much contented with it until when the controls are unable to function. Great! Just Great! Definitely, Id take a refund for this. They told me that the product has a two year warranty and that I can take my money back. But the question is when, Ive been waiting for their calls since last week but all they said was that company had to review my complaint. Just who are they kidding?

Per the customers complaint, [Safe National] told me last week that they have to investigate my complaint. As is true with most retailers, our company investigates every complaint to ensure complete customer satisfaction with the final resolution.This thorough investigation of each complaint guarantees that each customer complaint receives complete attention, that each facet of the complaint is addressed in its entirety, and that customers are provided with complete satisfaction with the end result.Some delays in addressing customer concerns during the holiday season are attributable to the fact that increased sales inquiries resulted in longer than anticipated delays in responding to customer assistance requests.
