Safe Path Spontaneous Ripoff: They did not call or anything--just debited my account $200 Unknown Nationwide

Today (9/8/05), I received a call from Bank of America, who told me that there had been an electronic check for $299 post to my account. I received no phone call from anyone at all--it just happened. The date on the check was 9/2 and the payee was Safe Path 2. How safe of a path do you call this? I did manage to stop it, but not before it caused a domino effect of bounced checks. I tried calling their 1-800-281-2087 # to find out just who in the hell they are and why they are trying to steal my money. All I got was a message saying "all circuits are busy". I want to find them, and I want to prosecute the hell out of them. If anyone knows who this company is, let's find their location and the proper jurisdiction in which to send them to prison, where hopefully, they become someone's girlfriend/punching bag.

Ripoff report.com, you have helped me before with Sureway Beneficial and thanks to the many reports on them on your website, I got my $249 back from them.
