I ordered and paid (by debit card) for a leather recliner on 3/27/2012.  Paid extra for shipping and was told by the telephone customer service that I would receive my recliner in 9 days. I did not hear anything else until I got a voice mail from tim murphy:708-669-1237 on 4-13-2012 and he stated he had some bad news and some good news and to just call him.

I did this on 4/16/2012 and 4/17/2012 leaving multiple verbal messages at 708-669-1237.  I also called the customer service number@866-606-3991 who said that I needed to talk to TIM MURPHY. I finally get a response in which tim murphy explains over the phone that the recliner I ordered on 3-27-12 was not availiable and he could send me an e-mail of comparable recliners that I could chose from--he called it "upgrade to".

saferwholesale.com has had MY MONEY for 21 DAYS. [continued below]....
.......AND NOW THEY CONTACT ME TO TELL ME THEY DO NOT HAVE WHAT I PAID FOR??????  Can you believe that?  IT IS TRUE. I graciously agreed to the e-mail to see what tim murphy was going to offer me .  NO E-MAIL CAME.  He stated he would have an e-mail to me within hours--NOTHING.

I called his number 4-18-2012 and asked to speak to his supervisor due to the above.  ASHLEY COLEMAN answered the phone and said he did NOT have a supervisor;then I asked the name of his supervisor and she stated it was through customer service.  When I refused to accepted this and insisted she let me speak to his supervisor and threatened legal action; did she finally let me speak to Tim Murphy.  I told him I did not want to argue--I just wanted my money put back into my bank account--"100% of it"--I said.  He ignored me and said "did you get my e-mail?". 

I said 'no' I did not. He started to say somethiing about "our policy for returning money".  I interrupted him and told him--"you did not have what I ordered;  I want ALL of my money back ,TODAY,in my bank account.  He wanted too discuss--I insisted upon 100% money returned.  tim murphy finally agreed to this but stated "it will take 3-5 business days to get returned to your account"; now, will you not put any legal action on me(company)?

I said I'll be waiting for my money in my bank account--then we can talk about that!!! 20 days I waited for a product and /or communication that they did NOT even have what I ordered!!
