Tom and Ryan's company was never authorized through ADT. They installed a system into my parents home.
Ryan told my father that if he paid three years in advance that ADT would cut him a deal on his monthly rate. So my father paid for installation and $1600 for future months. Starting in the Spring of 2013, thei system started having issues and they called ADT customer service. They told my parents that they had no record of payments.
After going back and forth with AT for months, they finally found out that Ryan and Tom's company was not an authorized installer. So they were installing and then pocketing the peoples money. My parents are having to have everything redone and paying for it all over again.
When I contacted Tom, he denied everything and states that he would give me $200 for all the confusion...funny, I have yet to see that either!
