Safeguard Security safehome Security FOUND OUT NO SERVICE AFTER CONNECTED 2 MONTHS AGO Fairfield Connecticut

I called safe Guard or Safe Home Security sytem today June 28th because I set my business alarm locked my door and went next door to buy a lottery ticket as I was getting in my car I heard my alarm going Off I went back in turned it off and waited for CENTRAL ALARM to call, there was no call so I called them and GOT THE NUMBER YOU HAVE REACHED IS DISCONNECTED!! I called Safe Guard Back Again and james couldn't find my account and put me on hold and dumped me on a recording for Theresa which I left a message and called back and got Mertha who said about 3:30 that someone would call me back very quickly at 4:30 I called and got Alvin the Supervisor WHO WAS EVEN WORSE WHO SAID HE WOULD TRY AND GET SOMEONE BEFORE THE JULY 8TH DATE FOR REPAIR That Mertha told me about. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF WHO DISCONECTS THEIR CENTRAL ALARM SYSTEM AND Doesn't tell the customer, I am sure they will not refund my money I have paid already for installation and a couple of months of service, these people are horrible, no customer service at all, they should have said SOMEONE WILL BE THERE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!! NOT WE WILL TRY AND GET THERE BEFORE JULY 8TH!! TELL DAVID ROMAN to run his Security Company Like a Real Company with competent Employees.
