On June 30, 2006 I entered an online prescription for phentermine with a company I had previously used and communicated with over the internet. Beginning July 5th, I began e-mailing them with no response regarding the status of my order. As of today, July 13, I have sent 8 e-mails with no response. Based on a report I read on this web site I called the number listed (which by the way, is in Costa Rica) and was told that safetrustprocessing is no longer in business and that I would have to call my bank for a refund.
Of course, my bank can't refund the money only the processor. I'm out $148.00 with no ability to contact he processor. Please be aware that a number of the on-line pharmacies are actually being processed by the same company. If you check the customer service/check your status links they are all linked together.
Lesson learned.
