company has illegible supposed 'order confirmation', leading to utter confusion and assuming error was made. no other reply for 4weeks, despite promises on website to send out within 24hours.
when needing to return unopened package, their return policy is ludicrous and actually does not exist! only works for 'broken' items for which they then charge a 'check-up' fee and then a $25 re-stocking fee!!
although they sent me an RMA, and i promptly sent the erroneous item back with the RMA number and via ups, (ground $40!), they wrote back that i had violated their policy and they would not accept the package. no reasons or explanation given. i am stunned and speaking with the charge card people, i cannot get a refund that way.
so this is a warning to others---do NOT order anything from this company!!!
