I am was a victim of Mark Mingolo back in 2001. I made it too the end and got my gold pin, but never an office. I did everything right and was one of the top trainees, but I got screwed. The company drags you along until they think you can't take it any more then decides to let you have your finally meeting with Mr. Mingolo, only to have him tell you that he needs $6,000 cash from you before you can get an office.
Plus the managers, as well as Mr. M and Mr. Mac, are into many others things that are too tastless to mention regarding the female trainees. There are several lawsuits against them at this moment. You mentioned something about how it can take several tries before getting the right company. That is true, but all of his companies have been the same only the name changes.
The process, the layout, the products all are the same. He changes the name to try and keep people from putting things together to catch him. If he and his company is so great answer me a few questions: 1. Why did the BBB kick him out of the bureau? 2. Why is he banned in several states? 3. Why do people never get there products? 4. Why does he say you can refill the items at the home office, when the home office doesn't exist? (When I was there he said it was in Atlanta, but I found out it was a lie, because UWSI had been banned from Georgia).

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds
Watch out for the The "M" men
AUTHOR: Ben - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Friday, October 31, 2003
My wife was actually an ex-employee for Unique Worldwide Services. The company (s), I should say are a scam. The program (scam) is put together well by the "M" men. I'm sure they went through countless meetings figuring how they could answer every question whether it be positive or negative.
My wife was told how successful she was going to be and that she was the "choosen" one. I think she was considered the "choosen" one because of how honest and trust worthy she is and comes across. They were going to use that to their advantage. "she's so honest and likeable, she'll suck in many people to make us even more richer than we already are."
My wife would have completed the program but her reputation meant more to her. We could be making lots of money, driving nice cars, lying to people, drinking beers during evening meetings, making worthless banners to hang up at conferences, etc. The list could go on and on.
My recommendation: Do not fall for the "M's" program so the both of them can keep driving their Mercedes and ruining peoples lives. If the "M's" are reading...just remember...you reap what you so.
