A letter with a check enclosed stating:

Winner of a Lotto North American Sweepstakes Lottery held on June 20, 2008, for the amount of $125,000.00. Thirty-two declared winners of a 4 Million dollar prize award.

Check for $4,875.00 not to be used until I call the Claims/Disbursement Agent.
I tried to call but no answer and I received a recording stating that inbox is full. My checks bank is Citizens Bank, Chester Springs, PA 19425.


It mentions claim number starting with YKS and ending with 0321 as well as paying a tax amount of $2,875.00 to be paid either by Western Union or Money Gram directly to the tax agent.

I researched this company to see how many reports I would find. Shame to Bennett McDonnell (promotion manager).

Thanks to those consumers who have had enough sense to report this scam!
