Sage software offered better and lower cost for newer customers, so we as a ling term customer called to ask for same pricing. They agreed on phnoe, but when received the renewal . . . they Removed some of our program saying the did so to lower the cost. So they did not give a "Discount" . . . they actually reducted the services thinking we would not notice.
When we approached them about this "under the covers" reduction of services just to placate us for a lower cost . . . . they said "WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU". My experience has been this company is NOT honest and does not value their customers. BEWARE and learn from my personal bad experience.
