Sageryder, Inc. Sageryder is ripping people and churches off! Atlanta Georgia

We ordered a projector bulb from Sageryder in Sept. 2008 for our church projector and it was of course "out of stock". In the mean time we found it in stock online with another company and it was cheaper! So I cancelled the order and Sageryder informed me by email on Sept. 19th 2008 that they do not refund to credit cards and my refund would be sent in the form of a check no later than 30 days.

Well it is now March 17, 2009 and all I get is the run around (by email) because no one is "available" in the refund department by phone. Elizabeth told me I would be notified when the check crosses her desk - haha! That was on January 28, 2009 and it's March and still hasn't yet crossed her desk. Hope they pay their vendors with something other than checks because they sure don't write them very fast!! This company is a big joke! And I won't give up - I will get my refund. This money belongs to God and they will not keep it. If I don't get a check this week I will be contacting the 11 alive investigative team to check into this. I can't believe that people could even work for a company like this because they are doing wrong by lying to the people for this dead beat company.
