Sahalie - Sahalie Rewards charged my credit card $14.95 for a monthly " rewards membership". No authorization was given. Portland Oregon

After purchasing some items for Christmas gifts in late November, I was charged for the items and a surreptious charge ($1.95) in December '07. I didn't notice the $1.95 fee at the time, thinking it was a charge incurred by my husband.

Then in December, January and February our credit card was charged $14.95 for each month. Now in March, I had time to investigate the charge and phoned the SAHA REWD # 1.888.528.7245. I was able to impress the lady on the other end (in Maryland) that I had not authorized such a membership/ fee and she said she would "reimburse" the charges.

But, it turned out I was unable to obtain the December charge of $1.95 and $14.95. I shall be waiting for those refunds. Dana, Green Valley, AZ.
