I recently received a letter from SAI stating that I would be turned over to collections if my past due payments had not been paid. Back in November 2007, I contacted SAI and asked if they would stop electronic withdrawals from my banking institution because my account information had changed. At that time, I asked to be put on direct invoicing and was told that additional fees would apply. I accepted the fees, but no invoices ever came. When I contacted SAI to see where my invoice was, the billing number, 1-866-362-1615, somehow became a fax. Finally, I reached a service representative who assured me that the updated bill was on the way. Nearly two months later, the bill never showed, and what does a person have to do in order for a company to bill for it's own services?

As I mentioned earlier, I eventually received a certified letter that said my services had been terminated and my account had been placed in collections.

When I contacted the number on the letter to say, "hey, I was never billed for your services, the collection agency was very familiar with my situation and asked that I call to get someone willing to discuss my concerns with me at SAI. Needless to say, NOT ONE person was able, or even wanted to address my concerns. I called four times, and each time, I was transferred back to the collection agency. I wholeheartedly agree with the other person who said this company is full of stupidity. They have customers who want to resolve billing issues, but completely disregard them. I have never in my life spoken to customer service people who have said, "there is nothing they can do for me." When I asked to speak to upper management, I was transferred back to collections.

"Do not assist customers with legitimate concerns" must be noted somewhere in the employee manual, and all this company had to do was bill me for my services.

It is so obvious that when this company switched from APEX to SAI, something went seriously wrong with billing. Of course, they're not willing to admit it, but in the meantime, I've been turned over to collections, which was totally unjustified. I too would love to see this company get what the deserve, and I do not encourage anyone to seek services from these individuals. Please, for your own peace of mind, seek other security services first!
