Sai Home Creations WORST GRANITE COMPANY IN TAMPA - DO NOT USE Tampa Florida

Sai Home Creations operated by Sanjay AKA Sai AKA Raj is the worst cabinet and granite company in Tampa!  The owner will ask you for your budget and then he will get you the worst possible product after promising you a spectacular product.  This guy is a complete scam artist.  He did a renovation of my cabinets, kitchen counters, and bathrooms.  He promised me the prime granite and after it was installed he refused to make it right.  The granite was junk granite (I had it inspected by professionals) and it had very large rust stains.  At first, he tried to say that was VERY desirable and people pay more for the rust.  Then, he used a product on it that he refused to tell me what it was to try to eliminate the rust.  Needless to say, it did not work.  What makes the situation worse is that Raj, Sanjay, Sai (he has a lot of aliases) requested to be paid in cash for the super deal he was giving me.  There were a lot of red flags, but I trusted him because the project was being coordinated via a mutual friend (Joel).  After paying him over $11,000 in cash (yes, real cold hard cash), he refused to even issue a receipt.  The guy is beyond shady.  When I went to the office to try to get a resolution, he had his office girl throw me out and threaten to call the police.  I was being completely professional, but the guy is a lunatic.  After that I was afraid of him, so I just sucked it up to a very bad experience and moved on with my life.  

To make matters worse, he hires homeless people and other unskilled workers.  The county was actually cited the job site because he did not even pull any permits for all of the work that required permits.  I learned a valuable lesson and I hope others will heed this warning.  The reviews that this company has on other websites and on FB are all ficitcious.  This guy routinely throws potential customers out of his showroom and is a disgusting individual.  He is NO businessman and I would never recommend him or his business.  

Every negative review he receives he claims is falsified.  I have texts and voicemails to prove that I am being sincere.  My only hope is to help someone else avoid the strife and misery that I experienced as a result of using this company and trusting Sanjay (AK Raj, Sai), and Joel.
