I can't believe that my situation is not unique!!! I just stumbled on this website while looking for the SAI website. I was told that I could log on to their website and check my bill.---NOT!! Like everything else they tell you.

I noticed that I had not received a bill from these people, so I called to complain. After APEX sold my account to SAI I started having problems with my bill. The first bill I received said that I was two months behind when I was not be behind at all. It took from May, '07 until Jan, '08 for them to finally straighten out their billing errors and correct my bill. I went around and around with the customer service people before I finally got a person on the phone with a brain, and then it took another payment cycles before my bill showed that I was up to date.

I live just across the state line from this company's office, and I have not received a bill for the payment that is due in a few days. This has got to be the most incompetent company in history. I can't believe that I have to chase them to get a bill. Isn't usually the other way around? So they told me that I coul sign up for web access and check my account status online---NOT!!! Their website gives very little information, and nothing about billing.

Apparently their two sections in their billing department. One sends out bills which often arrive late, and the other section handles accounting. One section does not know what the other is doing. What a joke. I can't wait until my contract expires.

Whatever you do DO NOT sign up with these people.
