I got this ticket (JFK to Mumbai Kuwait Airways) booked by a travel agent Saiworld Travels Inc (http://desitravelsmi.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi).

The ticket was first booked for 1st Sep, 2015 from JFK to Mumbai (Kuwait Airways) for $430 later I requested them to modify date on the ticket and book for 30th Sep, 2015 for which they took additional $200.

But I never got e-ticket from them even after multiple follow ups. Finally when I checked the trip online the trip was cancelled.

Sai World Travels is not reachable on phone and website is showing suspended now.

I dont know what to do further. I lost 630 dollars and Sai travels vanished completely.
