This travel agency has involved in all kinds of unfair/unethical trade practices

Payment was not accepted through credit card. This is unfair not to accept major credit cards. They want to do it so that customers cannot dispute the transaction for wrongdoing.

Full payment of USD 6,550.00 was requested and i was told (verbally) that tickets will be issued in 24 hours after the payment  was made. However, after payment was made in full on Feb 27th 2015 but the ticket are not being issued till March 6th 2015 . Upon expressing discontentment the agent  threatened me to cancel the booking knowing that retail process have shot up the i am stuck. I never encourage unfair deals and decided to cancel my booking. on March 6th 2015. I was told that refund will be processed on Monday (March 09th 2015). Refund has not been give to me till date. (March 26th 2015) .The agent is conveniently claiming that money is not with him and he has paid the consolidator. I  reiterated that i am dealing with SaiWorld and not any consolidator. Hence, Sai world must process my refund immediately.

They shared my bank account details with third parties without my knowledge. They are indulging in unethical practices.

Payment was received in 'True VALUE Vacations INC' which is different from SaiWorld Travels Inc. Not sure if this is legal or a tax evasion scheme or ways to protect them in acse of disputes.

Keep away from this travel agency. The travel agent must be brought to books and i have report the matter to ASTA, Emirates and going to file formal complaint with other consumer protection agencies and BBB to get my refund and check the unethical and unfair trade practices adopted by this company.
