Dennis W. Peterson made claims to several people in Las Vegas about the same movie with Michael Jackson and even went so far as to make claims of an amusement park and a contract with Coke. I contacted Coke and was told adamently by them that they did NOT have ANY contract with Dennis Peterson nor did they ever. I also contacted an attorney with a client who had actually filed a court lawsuit against Dennis Peterson for exactly the same thing. Several of us contacted the State and Dennis Peterson told the State that he would give us our money back; however he never did. Instead he absconded to another state, apparently California, so continue with his fraudelent activities. Do not feel threatened by them in any way as your statements are factual, if anything Dennis Peterson and apparently Roger Kidneigh need to be concerned about their fraudulent activities in several states. If anyone else has been taken advantage of and ripped off by these people you can contact me at (((link redacted))).

Mr. Peterson and Mr. Kidneigh have taken their show to Tennessee now, and are trying to convince the good folks there that they plan to build a $750M theme park complex called "Festival Tennessee," scheduled to soft open by Thanksgiving 2012. The complex allegedly will contain theme park rides, a water park, two 4000-room resort hotels, a sports complex, a charter school and other features. Allegedly Mr. Peterson has been in contact with Gaylord Entertainment, owners of the Grand Old Opry, to relocate some portion of the facility to Spring Hill as well.

Other promises include:

• "We have 80 restaurants coming."
• "We have a water park coming in, one of the largest in the United States."
• "We are contacting the NBA to try and bring an NBA team here."

Sounds great. However...

- In 2004, Peterson and Kidneigh announced plans to publish two music magazines -- Mainstream Music and Windstorm Christian Music. Neither ever published a single page.

- A check of federal and state trademarks shows no one has bother to lock in the name "Festival Tennessee," despite the creation of advertising collateral.

- The Tennessee Department of Transportation says no one has ever contacted them about building an exit from the interstate to connect to the project, to replace a two-lane road. It's a process that takes years and costs millions of dollars.

- Gaylord representatives have denied any contact with Peterson.

- NBA reps have denied any contact with Peterson.

- Peterson has refused to show proof of any financing on the project.

- An eviction lawsuit sought to have Peterson and his company evicted last summer from a small farm in Palm Beach County, Florida -- apparently because he wasn't paying the $8,000 a month in rent.

- Court records in Nevada also show Peterson was sued over a failed Sailor Productions promise to make a film with Michael Jackson and was ordered to pay $190,000.

- In 2009, Kidneigh filed for personal bankruptcy.

- The address listed for the company in Las Vegas is Kidneigh’s home.

- The company (BIG Entertainment) has no website.

- Dennis Peterson's email for a company with a plan that costs $750M is a common Yahoo! address.

Umm, yeah. Good luck with that.

I have been Mr. Petersons business partner for the past 13 years. We negotiated an agreement with Coca Cola which resulted in a contract with them for the propesed movie and theme parks planned. I was predent at the signing of those contracts. The individual who is spreading malicious rumors and posting them on your page does know what they are talking about. We were prepared to move ahead when Michael jackson was tried for child molestation. The stigma attached to the trail resulted in our financial backers withdrawing from all projects, resulting in a complete stoppage of all the projects. Those people complaining and allegding a scam are with out foundation. They invested in the dream, and as is the case with any investment, risk of loss is always present. We had no control over the Michael jackson fiasco, and to accuse us of fraud is slander and subject to legal action.

Yours Truly

Roger T. Kidneigh
