Saint Francis Veterinary Center in Woolwich Township, NJ fails to meet the objectives of paying outside vendors for work provided.

Hired by Mark Magazu of Saint Francis Veterinary Center in Woolwich Township, NJ to reduce overall marketing expenses, increase online visibility and gain regional exposure for the center's events and practices. In the process, the "vendor payment" was delayed multiple times, and required consistent pestering of Mark Magazu to get the payment approved.

Recent incidents include, long term back-and-forth-emailing asking how to remove the payment to outsde companies including YP to get google Ad exposure.

Over the course of a months time, and a verbal agreement to pay 2K monthly for PR services, plus email proof of said agreement, the company decided that the term PR was not approved for service payment. Mark Magazu adjusted the title of the job to "marketing," and claimed approval was met.

After long term consulting to disband from using outside vendors, and over the phone training, online work provided and restructuring, I received emails stating how i saved the company thousands monthly in advertising expenses. I was asked to now "hold the billing over until September."

The original statement was made as follows:

"*My name* (copied here) has thoroughly explained to me that what we pay Yellowbook/Hibu to do is essentially to use publicly available tools that are available to us anyway, and are up charging us on it.  After signifiant due diligence this weekend, I grew comfortable with the notion of handling our online advertising in-house, using the publicly available tools of Google, Bing, Yahoo and others.

This will save us 15%-25% that would otherwise have gone directly to Hibu/Yellowbook for managing our accounts.

In its place,*My Name* will remain on board to oversee our online marketing efforts, and to focus on Public Relations at the same time. The total monthly cost of this will be less than what I had asked for earlier just for online marketing, and with greater and farther reaching results. A win win for us.

*My name* will now handle:
  1. Our online keyword Pay Per Click campaigns with search engines
  2. Our online banner and retargeting campaigns with websites throughout the web
  3. Search Engine Optimization with prolific article writing and distribution throughout the web, which all points back to saintfrancis.org.
  4. General Public Relations services including promotion of hospital notable events and stories.
Total cost at present will be between $4,000 and $4,500 per month, down from the $5,300 that was approved earlier just for online marketing."

When it came time for billing, i was told that they were on vacation and could not deal with the situation at this time.

A second approach to simply get paid for a minimal 32 hours work for the month, I was told i would NOT be paid.

Once the family returned from their vacation, they asked if there was a way to "buy the pres lists I have" for a minimal price, with no payment for the previous months work.

When I did receive payment for the month before this event, it was after long term pestering, and was issued 20+ days after the date it was "supposedly sent." The post office stamp does not lie!

This company may have some acclaim as doing surgery on animals, but doing business with their office is a wild mistake. Venture forth at your own risk, chances of getting paid for your long hours of work are VERY slim.
