Sakelaris Ford BUYER BEWARE camdenton Missouri

My son and I went to Sakelaris Ford in Camdenton MO., to buy my sons first car after college.  He got the approval for fin ancing and was told that the taxes and licensing fees would be in the financing..  He asked 3 times to make sure these were included in his financing and was told yes each time.  He also received a text from the salesman that stated that he was confirming that these fees were included.  When we told the owner Steve Sakelaris that we had recieved this text, still nothingg was done about this.   Rigjt before we signed the paperwork we were told that the chip in the windshield and the cracked taillight would be fixed. Again we were lied to and again I talked with Steve Salelaris and he assured us that he would get the windshield crack fixed and he never did. i called a multitude of times and never recived a call back.  And when I finally recieved a call from Steve Sakelaris , about these issues it was because I had left a bad review on Angies List.  Noting has been taken care of, so much for Ford Certification.
