Salazar Roofing Did not finish the job. Yukon Oklahoma

This company has evolved into a disaster. I used Salazar in the past for siding. I was pleased with the job they did so I called them after the hailstorm last year. It took at least four calls to get someone here to look at the job. He finally showed up and wrote up an estimate. I signed the contract and it was "game on".

i finally got a call from the roofing sub-contractor . The crew showed up two days late. Whoever estimated the job was two bundles short on the shingles so the job was delayed until the shingles arrived. The Salazar warehouse is two miles from my house. When the roof was completed, it appears acceptable . The siding job however was not.

i had extensive damage to the siding on the west side of my house. The siding crew, for whatever reason, did not do two window wraps and one door wrap On the west side of the house. I made at least six calls and every time I was assured someone would be right out. I got the invoice for the job and promptly called to report the job was not complete. I was assured that someone would take care of the problem. No one ever called. I got a second call for payment and was reminded about the balance due and how long it was overdue.

This morning I decided I have dealt with the incompetence of Salazar long enough. I took them a cashiers check for the job ($9260) and told them I would finish the job myself. Nobody seemed concerned that the job wasn't finished.

If you enjoy no communication, people not showing up on time or showing up unannounced, and not finishing the job, or insinuating you don't pay promply; give Salazar a call. You won't be disappointed .

Check the dates on their good reports. I think you will find the early ones complimentary but the service from Salazar has evolved into dismal. I refuse to communicate with them in the future.
