Sale Guru Ordered two curling irons, received one

I ordered 2 curling irons and after 4 weeks had not received either one. I reached out to the company via email bc there was no phone number listed on the website. I was told they should be shipping soon. 2 weeks later I received one of the curling irons however never received the second one despite being charged for two. I have emailed the support email multiple times without hearing anything in return. The company also falsely advertised by displaying a "Tyme" iron in the advertisement however once received the iron had no brand listed on it.
