Salem Memorial District Hospital SMDH This place is going to kill someone. Internet

 My daughter collapsed in our hallway , she appeared to be sweaty and her respiration was shallow, she said her chest felt tight and it was hard to breathe. So I rushed her the 6 miles to the ER at Salem Hospital and even though she had these symptoms they had her wait in the waiting room for a long time, She began hyperventilating uncontrollably, and then I insisted that she be seen as there was no apparent patients there other than sniffly's. ANy ER would have immediately responded when A patient presents with these symptoms as it could have been a heart attack, but they did not know or apparently care. A triage nurse man came out and demended to know what our problem was, then he tried to hold her down as she was struggling to breathe and get up from lying on the chairs in the waiting room. She got sick and threw up, some of it hit the nurse, Who said he was going to call the cops because of that. I told him that he was no nurse , and he said then what am I? I said I really dont know.  

 I rushed her to another ER 35 miles (Phelps County Regional Medical Center) away where she was immediately seen, and determined to have fluid build up caused by nephrotic syndrome, that was making her heart and body feel water logged as well as thyroid problems requiring treatment from a specialist. As a precaution she was connected to a heart monitor for 72 hours. Within minutes they did everything that was supposed to be done for a possible heart attack.  The doctor here was apologizing for her treatment from smdh, even tho he has no ties to them. 

  SMDH and the Triage nurse named Javier , is going to kill someone by their completely unprofessional performance and lack of compassion for distressed patients.  They should not advertise as an ER when in fact they are a first aid station at best. I have never before seen such incompetence from a ER staff.  I know a few people who will drive 100's of miles away even when they need emergency treatment because they don't want to die at Salem Memorial Hospital. Now I see why.  As for my family we will never go there again.
