I entered the site and even for the trial plan, they asked me for my credit card. Okay, I wanted to know the solution and gave my card to them. Navigating the platform I found a tool that could be interesting to me and I understood the pricing policy in a wrong way, because the message was: $ 99 charged annually and I missed the $ 99 a MONTH.
I forgot that I gave my credit card details and decided to click to see the total amount and check if I would be charged 99 dollars x 12 months. Fact is that I was automatically charged without any confirmation and the total amount was 99x12 usd. I immediately sent an email asking for a refund, but the only response I got was: "we do not offer refund".
If they had charged me only a month, I'd test the platform to see if it works for me, but I do not have the interest to buy the annual license for something I'm not sure will work for my reality. I've made countless contacts, but the answer is always the same.
