I was sold on their CRM web service based on exagerated sales claims that were actually in development. My complaints were sent into an endless loop and dropped in an email account of the sales manager who "is too busy to handle phone calls".

Not only did they continue to charge my account after I was told they would not, they have now charged me for another year and I've never even used their software.

FYI, it is slow, complicated and nothing near what is promised. Although more expensive, you're better off with salesforce or HiRise, the best in the business for small business owners.
