To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this in response to the complaint written. The complaint says that Sales Double lies and does not deliver anything close to real business leads. That statement is false and I know of a few companies you can call to verify the information. These companies are just a handful of the many companies Sales Double has helped to increase sales and bring in business. As far as the customer service goes, it is superb and goes above and beyond.

As far the marketers getting paid commission, they do not. I repeat... The callers that market for the clients do not get paid commission. They do this because they don't want their callers using bonuses and commissions as a means to push for appointments that will not stick. They are paid an hourly wage. Common sense!

As far as the leads being no good, not one of them being interested, incorrect physical addresses and emails, and bogus phone appointments; I can't even agree with you on that because the leads go through a rigorous verification process to make sure they are valid and hot. All the information is verified before it gets passed to the client. More Common Sense!

As far as them not taking responsibility, taking your money, being unproffessional, not keeping their end of the bargain, and draining your bank account; That has to be false in all senses of every word written in the complaint. Before a client signs on with them they are informed that they are not locked in to any arbitrarily long contract or committment. In fact, they state you can cancel at anytime, all they ask is for a heads up! There is no other company that I know of that does that and further more their fee is so low for what they do I couldnt imagine anyone complaining at all because what they receive supercedes the price. Hands Down! 

They Under promise and Over deliver! I know first hand because I have worked for many insurance companies and agents, as well as a couple of general businesses, that have used the service and they have received more than what they expected. 

I decided to write this because this is one of the only companies I know of that really does what it says and then some. On top of that, they dont toot their own horn. They let the results speak for themselves.  I am not getting paid to write this. I am an honest person that happened to be looking for Sales Double for a client of mine and Saw a Rip off Report sprinkled in the Google search results. I love what the company does, their clients love what they do, and any future clients will benefit tremendously from this company!

It is hard to evaluate when a person doesn't give numbers and the type of business they are in. I had a telemarketing group years ago and they had a lot of what was inferred in this report but there were many good things that happened. When I ran the numbers I found that it wasn't all that bad and some of the side-effects were helpful.

The problem is communication and general statements versus "I called them 12 times and got through only six times is better than they never answer their phones". It is hard to do everything perfect, as this person might do but overall the sales program at salesdouble does work for many businesses.

If this negative person were to say that he was selling insurance and got no business then I would wonder if he was a good salesperson. And, on the other hand, if he said he was selling ice boxes to Eskimos then I would say why are you so dumb that you are trying to sell them.

Put in more details than never good and you might be better believed.

And put in how long you were with them. They say up front that it takes time to build the list and get the program working.

Anyway, I don't know if anything said was true or not but it would be so much more believable if the person was with them three months or so rather than four days.

Just putting in my perspective.

While we appreciate a client supporting a vendor, we are intrigued by your willingness to do so without any personal information.  Our report was the first complaint we have ever writtten in regards to a vendor and the second complaint filed on SalesDouble on this site.  We have filed a  formal complaint on SalesDouble with the BBB and openly used our name and company information.  Please note that other firms have complained and negatively reviewed SalesDouble in the same manner to the BBB.  SalesDouble and Clear Choice, their parent company, has a D- rating with the BBB since they refuse to respond to any complaints.  To identify oneself on Ripoff Report is an unwise decision for anyone familiar with the machinations of the internet.

You have no website attached to your name, phone number or the name of Capital Group.  The only information available online is a few blog entries you have made in regards to finding investors and a public notice (which matches your phone number and the company name of BC Capital Group) that leads to legal proceedings in Voluntary Liquidation Under Supervision of the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.  This is a disturbing document outlining fraud and can be read online by searching 'BCCapital Group liquidation'.  The document outlines the fraudulant activity of Alliance and BC Capital...and yes, it is associated with your phone number.

It may be quite unethical and unfair to connect your phone number and the Capital Group with BC Capital Group (with the same phone number) but we can find no other presence of your company, except that it appears you are presently operating out of Florida, near SalesDouble.  

While reviews are tenous at best online, they are also sometimes the only warnings an individual or company can receive before entering into an agreement that they may deeply regret.  We do not apologize for our complaint and we do not find SalesDouble's behavior anything but unconsciounable.  

I have worked with this company for over 8 years - recently I refered a client to them and they brought to my attention this complaint. I guess all companies if in business a long time will get complaints. They are the nicest most professional company I have worked with. Working in a tough space like Business Loans they do an AMAZING job for me for pennies on the dollar.
