Sales@ps3online This person sold me a PS3 package the end of Nov. 2006. I paid for it, but never received it. ripoff New Westminster British Columbia

In November of 2006, I received an e-mail from Brian Wagner stating that they had accepted my offer for a PS3 package. The agreed price was $700.00 and turned out was going to be a very important present for my son for Christmas. My Dad helped me pay for it, but was in a car accident the day we sent the money. He passed away from injuries sustained in the accident a week later. I am on disability and could not afford this on my own.

When I asked who Mr. Wagner's supplier was, he responded "The Future Shop". When I learned that they were the Canadian version of the US store Best Buy, I felt comfortable dealing with him.

Needless to say, once he received my money, he kept telling me the item would ship and there was always a reason why it didn't. Fortunately, I managed to purchase my son a PS3 package from a US store and he received his gift from Grandpa for Christmas.

I am still out the $700.00 that was paid to Mr. Wagner. I have my e-mail trail and a copy of my money order and shipping order. He could not use my personal check because his bank would not accept a US personal check (I keep a stop payment on this check to this day).

If there is anyone who can help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it.
