The same happened to me. I bought a chestnut pair of ugg boots for 99 at the begginning of January this year, I waited and waited but suprise suprise they never came. I tryied to contact him through e-mail on john10@xrenmail.com but he did not reply so i e-mailed him again and i was unable to be delivered, i guess he must of deleted his e-mail account now. I have reported the problem to paypal now and the case is closed but i have not recieved any monney back as he dose not have any funds in his account. Nt only am i nearly 100 down but i have totally lost all trust in purchasing items online now and i have also lost faith in paypal as they were unable to fully resolve my case. Beward of saleuggsdirect they are frawdsters!!!
