I was trying to buy a house, for the first time, so i called Sallie mae home loans Powered by Quicken Loans, and applied for a mortgage loan, so they checked my credit and my employment history, and mortgage banker called me and told me that my credit is good, and said there is a lot of expenses and debt while he was looking through my credit report, so he told me that he can fix it for me by trying to get rid of or transfer the 2007 lease car that was under my name, I said ok i can do that, and I asked more than once is it for sure thats all they want me to do for me to get approved? he said yes thats all they need, and i told him if I transfer the car lease its going to cost me alot of money, so please make sure thats all i need to do for me to get approved, he said ok wait a moment, then he put me in hold then came back and said yes they said thats all you need to do, i'm like ok,

So i transferd the car lease under someone's name and that Cost me $500 and somthing, then they check my credit again and saw that my car lease was removed from my credit report, then the mortgage banker called me and said that there's a question they want to ask me, they asked me: Do i have a car to drive to work? and im like yes one of my dad's car, he said is it uneder your name? i said no then he said you have to have a car under your name, i said noproblem i will buy a cheap car, so i did buy a car for $1,000.00 and then i faxed the title to them, and then he said thats great we will get back with you, and of course after a month, they send me a letter saying that i was NOT APPROVED, because i had a lot of debt and expenses on my credit report.

So I tried to call the mortgage banker to his direct phone to see what happend, but he never answered my phone calls

So as you see here they made me waste more than $1,500, after i told them if its for sure then i will do it but if its not guaranteed please tell me now before i go ahead and do that. They are liars and carless, watchout for them.
