Sally Beauty Supply Blatantly try to pad their pockets by trying to overcharge me every single time I have been there,in the last four months Springfield Missouri

Every single time I have been in this store in the evening, in the last four months,one of two employees has blatantly tried to get by with charging a higher price than the correct one for what I was trying to purchase.Every time they swear it was an accident,but mysteriously have never charged an incorrect price that was lower than they should have charged.

I used to give this store a lot of business a couple times a week.Needless to say,now I avoid it at all costs.When shopping there it is not possible to browse or have a pleasant shopping experience because one is forced to keep track of the correct prices of any item to be checked out,calculate the correct total before approaching the checkout,and be prepared to get assertive with them when they inevitably try to rip you off.

The two who do this are a younger,twenty-something Caucasian blonde woman with a lean build,and a thirtyish brunette Caucasian woman with an average build.

Last night when the brunette was confronted about overcharging yet again,she became defensive and obnoxious.Avoid them.It's not worth it.

Sally's corporate headquarters was made aware of this problem and given a chance to correct it months ago and instead chose to keep the same employees in place and condone what they are doing to customers.
