New system heating and cooling;
1) charged $400 for interest free 36 month payment plan; I called WellsFargo - and that is not their process fees
2) after job was completed - Sal's did not call city house inspector - I had to call and I probably will have to do a follow up - I have not heard from Sal's - inspector found a few issues that need attention.
3) shortly afterwards - the new system is making loud noise - I call Sal's and requested a service call - day on service call no one shows up; so I call again and reschedule: tech shows up (I had recorded the sound the system was making) - the tech can find nothing wrong - noise had stopped; (3) weeks later, again I record the sound and playback for tech, again the tech cann't find the problem; so problem unsolved
4) now Sal's is charging me $48.00 labor charges from unresolved problem!!!!

Follow Up Report 1) this issue not resolved: charged $400 for interest free 36 month payment plan; I called WellsFargo - and that is not their process fees 2) this issue has been resolved: I scheduled housing inspector and all violations corrected! after job was completed - Sal's did not call city house inspector - I had to call and I probably will have to do a follow up - I have not heard from Sal's - inspector found a few issues that need attention. 3) This issue no more occurrences!! shortly afterwards - the new system is making loud noise - I call Sal's and requested a service call - day on service call no one shows up; so I call again and reschedule: tech shows up (I had recorded the sound the system was making) - the tech can find nothing wrong - noise had stopped; (3) weeks later, again I record the sound and playback for tech, again the tech cann't find the problem; so problem unsolved 4) this issue has been resolved! No Addison all charges! now Sal's is charging me $48.00 labor charges from unresolved problem!!!!

This customer has been addressed on multiple occations and we do show up everytime he calls to find nothing is wrong and after a certain amount of visits we need to cover our time for not finding any issues. I have waived the $48 for the third visit and explained to Mr. Milford the best I could he has a year warranty and how about we wait until the noise is actually there so we can fix this. I hope he removes this report so we can help him in the future as these are simply false claims out of frustration as everyone knows we have a A+ reputation and stand behind our work and warranties. Sometime with machanical devices, the problems can be elusive. As far as Wells Fargo, we have a cash price we offer and a finace price option as Wells Fargo charges fees with all their offers even the 36 month payments with no interest. Your complaint is with them not us. Certainly nobody would think banks hand out money for free, Right? This was all explained upfront before he agreed to the installation. I am sure this can all be worked out and did not need to vcome to this nonsense. Thanks, Sal
