Salt River Solar and Wind No Customer Service, No status reports, No updates, Keept me in Limbo surprise, Arizona

Slow, Slow, Slow ...but they finally delivered. And did a good job too. I had to wait for 8 months though to have my panels installed and up and running. With no additional timelines from the company either.It was pretty much sign up, make the payments as outlined and then wait patiently with no updates from the company.

The only time they called was when they wanted another payment. But they did deliver, finally . signed contract april 13 2010 and had solar elec Jan 4th 2011. They did do a professional job. However don't expect customer relations to keep you informed and apprised of the process.

Would i recommend them ? Check with other companies to see what the time lines are for final install. If you can wait 8 months , Salt River Solar did deliver what they promised .
