I ordered and received a salt cell replacement 7 months ago. It arrived defective and it never worked. I attempted to contact seller for a return. After getting no response, I completed on-line warranty claim, submitted it but received no response.

After many attempts to contact the seller via calls and E-mails I purchased a replacement locally. It works fine. Finally, I returned the defective part under the 5 year warranty over a month ago and have not received any communication from the seller nor have I recieved a repaired part. Mutiliple calls and e-mails and US Mailings have not been acknowledged.

The defective part has been returned. Unable to contact seller via phone, E-mail or US Mail. This company is a complete scam.
