On July 23rd of 2018, I won a bid for a car online, I wire my payment the same day and picked it up the second day. Here is my problem, I got the car and when I opened it, I was shocked. The car is not as the pictures at all, not even close. The pictures of the car were fabricated and manipulated to be able to sell the car for the highest price possible.
I got the car and opened it up and found out that the front bumper was tied up using zip ties!! I look under it and I see that behind the zip ties everything is destroyed. The real damage was behind the bumper. The bumper fell down and someone put the effort to put it up using zip ties, what is the reason behind someone doing that?
It's very obvious that this was a cover to hide the car's real damage. Usually when such an accident happen and the bumper falls it goes to the trunk of the car or left on the floor, but in this case it was on purpose zip tied to the front. Additionally, on their website they usually circle the dents on car or accidents, but again in this case that did not even happen. but the bumper was put up to cover the accident instead.
I contacted Salvagebid and tried to solve the problem with them for 3 days, but the response I got with full disrespect; "There will be no refunds issued to this sale", not only this but even worse they acknowledged the fact that the zip ties have always existed and that there was an extensive damage behind it. I have pictures supporting my claim. Look at them.
Currently I am in the process of suing them, if you were a victim of this fake company make sure to contact me.

Obviously you knew you were getting a damaged vehicle, presumably ay a good enough price to warrant fixing it. BUT if they made an obvious attempt to mislead, knowing buyers had only those photos to go by, then I think you have a legit case, so definitely go after them. Involve the BBB if they are well rated by them, because their response or lack thereof may make a big difference.

Why would you buy from Amazon/Ebay/etc...? why wouldn't you go to walmart? is the same reason. But oh well, that's your disrespectful opinion.

What is WRONG with you people??? The dumbing down of America!!! You send your money off to somebody you don't know to buy some stupid used car you've NEVER seen or checked out. (Smart...real, real smart! Am I ever impressed!). When you get this thing, you see it's a piece of junk!
Of course, you could have used COMMON SENSE and bought the car locally where you could check it out but I guess that's above your level! Like I said, am I ever impressed! P.T. Barnum would sure be very proud of you as he wrote, "A sucker is born every minute!"
