Salvation Army of Jacksonville, NC Captain Mure Practies Deceit, Nepotism. Makes Own Rules For Self Benefit Internet

One bad apple of a Captain in the Salvation Army of Jacksonville, NC is a true embarrassment to myself and many others. He is practicing Nepotism by putting the son of his close friend in charge of the Thrift Store in Sneads Ferry, NC. The man is a practicing alcoholic, but the worse thing is he has falsely dismissed the volunteers, all but a couple whom are friends with his Mom and Dad. He dismissed first a 16 year volunteer, a 67 year old, for not bowing down to him barking unreasonable orders for her to do. Why it is called unreasonable is he goes in the one bathroom and smokes marijuana while working in the store. I personally called him on it by reporting it when I walked into the cloud of fresh smoke. I was put out of the store on 1/23/10 when I reported to volunteer. To weasle out of him telling me it is him whom wanted me out of the way, he told me I first have to talk to the Captain, Joe Mure, as the Capt. has an issue with me. I called and left call back info for the Capt. this morning but all us volunteers know he will not call me back. It is his way as he cannot look any of us in the eyes. It is okay for William Raynor, the store worker to steal anything he wants from the store. It was reported but as with all it has been swept under the rug. I contacted and reported all the lies, drug use, verbal abuse, etc... to the Human Resource Officer for this area. From what I now understand, all she did was place a call, forward the letter/complaint to the worthless Capatin, of which we all know nothing will be corrected. I am patiently waiting for corrective action to be taken but after one more week I give up on the Salvation Army. They appear to be a false Religious Organization. What a Shame..
