Sal D'Elia signed a promisorry note in December of 2016 and needed funds as a bridge loan for a business he was buying. He needed the money for less than a month. It turns out he lied about having a permanent loan in place and lied about forming an entity. He took thousands of dollars from others that were involved in the deal and to date, they have not recovered funds. My attorney prepared the documents and he signed the note, took the money and never paid it back. Never opened the business, everything was a lie.
I have filed criminal charges and a civil lawsuit. Beware as he is a scammer with an aleged gambling problem and claims to be a restaurant consultant and real estate investor with "big time guys from Italy".

Sal also ripped me off!!! Sal stated he needed a loan to start a internet web site selling cosmetics. He borrowed 5,000 for me with a signed note saying he would pay me back the money back in a month, reassured me that we would be co owners and share in profit sharing. He said his money was tied up in real estate, and he had a consultant willing to show us how to be successful in the market. Everything was a lie, there was no website, he had no real estate. He kept the loan and kept saying there were all these delays on the website. He is alleged to have a gambling problem, and claims to be a restaurant consultant working in pompano area. I filled a civil suit against him for the amount of 5,000. He claims to be very secusessfull with a large Facebook and twitter following. He is a scammer!
