SalviaExtracts.com stole my money!  Plain as that.  I ordered their 20x salvia extract which turned out to be 5x, then i ordered their "sence" smoke blend which was a complete waste of money. Only effects it gave me was a headache.  SalviaExtracts.com sells crap products at high prices. I will never buy from them again.  They also only sent me 1 gram of Sence instead of the 3 i ordered.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SalviaExtracts.com  The owner is currently in court proceedings, i just found out.  I hope he pays for everything.  He stole my hard earned $70 and i'll never see my money again.  When i tried to call there was no answer he would also never reply to my emails.  very horrific way to do business. biggest salvia scam in the world! salvia fraud SalviaExtracts.com fraud SalviaExtracts.com scam.

Customer Seeking Contact

AUTHOR: SalviaExtracts.com - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, March 20, 2011

Hi,

I noticed your post regarding not being able to get a hold of us. We do apologize for this inconvenience, our number is legitimate however and does work. This is a very small business and this industry is small and with limited ressources and we do not hire a full time customer service agent in fact we have less then 5 employees working for us. Just because its not viable to do so and the call volume is anywhere from 5-7 calls a day and does not warrant hiring a full time employee to answer 5 calls a day.

We do however respond to your e-mails, in some cases your email may get lost in our inbox or forgotten in the rarest of occasion when we take a leave (i.e. go on holidays which we did in October). Feel free to contact me directly at sean(at)salviaextracts(dot)com with your question and I will make it my priority to respond to you.  Note: Our product known as Afghan which may or may not have been the product you were trying to buy was out of stock and that month and has been for some time due to some production issues.

We have worked in an automated email response system that will in future hopefully resolve and automate a lot of our customer service issues. Such as notifying our clients when products are back ordered or out of stock and offer alternatives.

Effectively immediately we have altered our call-in hours to Saturday and Sunday only. We will resume weekday phone once we can work something out that makes sense financially.

Again our apologize for the lack of response on your email queries.

Having an issue with SalviaExtracts.com

AUTHOR: Paul G. - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 06, 2010

I am keeping this thread updated since they do not respond to emails or have a working number. I have order twice from them with incident. The 3rd time I ordered they have charged my credit card ( over 200 dollars) but have not shipped my order yet. It's been 2 days and I have emailed  them 3 times without a response. I will give them one more day to respond or I will stop payment on my last order and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in California. If the owner, Sean, is reading this, RESPOND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS EMAILS and ship my order. Either their customer service is a disgrace or salviaextracts.com is a scam. I will update this thread in a day.

SalviaExtracts.com is a legitimate business.

AUTHOR: Paul G. - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, September 17, 2010

Although salviaextracts.com never returned my emails and they still don't have a working number, my dealings with them were without incident. I got exactly what I paid for. My shipment was on time and their product is excellent. I will order from them again, but I am concerned that they can't be contacted. So, to be fair, everything was great from salviaextracts.com but the fact they never returned my emails or have a working number.I will continue to update this thread as I place new orders.

This site may be a scam?

AUTHOR: Paul G. - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, September 16, 2010

salviaextracts.com may be a scam? Their phone number is out of service and they do not respond to emails. The person who claims to represent salviaextracts.com posted a rebuttal with contact information that is not legitimate. After researching their site, I found that the owner has gone around the internet placing fake reviews for their site. It's not a fact that is site is a scam as of yet, but the evidence is leading to that conclusion. If the owner of salviaextracts wants to post legitimate contact information, then we can go from there. The phone number listed on their site and the number displayed by the owner in his rebuttal is garbage. I also have tried contacting salviaextracts via email several times and the company has not responded. Beware of any web site with a fake phone number and fake contact information.

Great Experience with SalviaExtracts.com

AUTHOR: Sean - (Canada)

POSTED: Thursday, May 13, 2010

First off, Its nice to see the company is taking active steps at plugin holes with false reports. A quick search on RipoffReport.com will reveal that this person who posted this review also posted many others about other Salvia sites which was ultimately discredited as a false report. If you closely examine the style in writing this report is from the same fraudster trying to either elevate themselves in this industry or something equally as idiotic.

I am posting to counter this claim and write about my own legitimate story about SalviaExtracts.com. I am a war vet from Iraq and I had been suffering from certain pains related to my vocation due to the war. I had been told that some of the herbal blends would help ease the pain. Since MJ isn't legal and we still get tested at the base on a regular basis. I decided to give SalviaExtracts a go and called them since I too was skeptic after reading all these reports about them some good some not so good, so I talked for a while with the agent on the phone which was very helpful, he told me about his favorite blend and how it worked so I ended up buying Buzz, the agent had told me that it would not show up on a drug test. I received it within a couple of days...

I was taken by surprise when I tried it I couldn't believe the powerful effects of this blend! It was mind numbing and most importantly it took all the pain away that I was suffering from and it never showed up on the drug test.

So thumbs up for this company and thumbs down for the nay sayer who says there herbal blends don't work because s**t this potent you'd have to be a crack head not to feel the effects! Another big thumbs down for the scammer who goes around the net posting negative reviews about legitimate sites!

Hear me about do your own research if your unsure call a company if they respond to your e-mails and phone calls then its most likely not a scam, taking that much time to advise you on a product and respond to e-mails is not the work of scammers. Learn from experience and not idiotic propaganda that is posted on the net.

Outrageous Claims

AUTHOR: Krieggott - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 31, 2010

I challenge this person to e-mail us and settle this. We will be happy to find a solution for the buyer if his claim his true.

However, we must protest to the fact that we do not sell Sence in 1 gram packets there is no such thing on the market it only comes in 3 gram bags. Already there his claim is bogus. Moreover, there is no way unless the poster did lab tests could he measure the salvianorin-a in the Salvia and thus his claim that our 20x is 5x is bogus. Moreover there are no established norms in the industry that say 20X is this many milli gram per gram of Salvianorin-A. Our Salvia 20X contains 26.7 mg/g whether the poster did proper lab testings he would have been able to establish that.

Please note that to test the proper content of salvianorin-a one must be equipped with a clean lab and proper equipment which cost ten of thousands, i doubt the average individual has access to such equipment.

Moreover, we are not or have ever been in court proceedings that claim is bogus as well. I suspect the poster is most likely some competitor trying to bad mouth our business as so many have tried doing in the past. If this is no the case again we encourage whoever posted this to contact us by phone 1-877-456-8747 or by email and we will promptly resolve this complaint.
