Help STOP this man from hurting any more of our community members and employees. Sam Adams (Ex Seattle Seahawk NFL   en.wikipedia.org/wiki_adams_(american_football) is a man on a mission.

Adams Started his chain of Fitness clubs in Tacoma Washington in July of 2012. After being involuntary De-franchised  by Gold’s Gym international he changed the name of his Fitness Club to "Lincoln Plaza Athletic Club" in October of 2012. During the same timeframe Adams acquired the once prestigious and profitable Oregon Athletic Clubs - Namely Riverplace Athletic Club, Hawthorne Farms Athletic Club, Bethany Athletic Club and Duniway Athletic Club. Adams brags he never used any of his own money - what he appears to have done is just  to drain these businesses dry of millions of dollars.

Fast forward to January 2013 and Adams has been evicted from all of his locations except one in Seattle WA leaving a trail of financial destruction in the process. While leaving approx. 150 employees in Oregon without a paycheck for the holidays, most of Adams Seattle employees felt the same pain. How do you tell your kids Santa can’t bring any gifts this year? It was such a heartbreaking time for anyone who worked for this man during what was supposed to be a festive time of the year.

The State of WA has started numerous investigations (L&I, State Dept of Rev, Dept of Justice) into Adams and his confidant Dana Sargent. Sargent keeps all of Adams books, writes his checks and even notarizes his documents!

I urge you not to do business with this man ever as an employee or as a customer! I urge as many people to ban together as possible and find a way to put this man out of business.
