I was referred to Sam Banda from a good broker I've dealt with for a long time. When I called him and offered my loan for him to do, he claimed that a good friend of his just gave him 10 milion dollars to invest and he would use that money to do my commericial mortgage. I found later none of that was true, and it was just a made up lie. He then gave me a commitment after 4 months of excuses and screwing around with my loan, acting after awhile like I was bothering him, and making me feel stupid for asking the obvious questions on why we're not closing this loan with all the equity I had and income to supoort it?

This I found was just a ploy to keep me from knowing the truth about him. He then gave me a commitment from Kennedy Funding? This company is notorious for ripping people off, and the complaints are endless with them. What ever happened to the 10 million dollars I asked him? Well we had an audit, so we have to close in our sister companies name for the time being? What does an audit have to do with closing a loan? Why would you give me this after 4 months? This guy is a total fraud! Don't believe a thing he tells you. 

On another note, I referred a client to him that had 950 million in old bonds, to see if he could find a buyer for these international historic pieces. After 4 months the same story in a different context would come up? It would come up in the same types of ways he dealt with my transaction. Getting snippy on the phone. Actiong like my client was stupid for asking the obvious questions. Asking him to get things completely unrealistic and stupid. God knows if he cashed those bonds what story he would come up with to rip off my client. Thank God I found a reputable person to take care of him and me. I pulled away in the nick of time in my opinion. I suggest if you are dealing with him, you do the same!
