I found this report below online. I worked with Sam Martinez selling items on my eBay. He owes me over $15,000 in diamond returns, and orders that he never sent out. I have email records that I am going to take to the police and FBI. He will not answer his phone or email. Sam Martinez is a thief, liar and a fraud.


Wholesale Diamonds Incorporated or Sam Martinez is a thief, a liar, and a fraud.  He places adds in Craigslist like this one http://austin.craigslist.org/sls/1538998469.html claiming to pay you 5% of the selling price of his diamond jewelry if you sell on your ebay account, manage customers, accept payments, and transfer the money to their account.  Basically you are the one who is liable while they have no risk at all.
It is a complicated process, but in the end, he sends out the diamonds to your customer with a certificate he makes on him computer from a lab named NSADG.  It is a fake lab and doesn't really exist.  The diamonds are much smaller and of much lower quality than listed on the certificate.  He ruined an ebay seller named hobby_palace and is attempting to do it to others.
On top of lying about what he is selling, he accepts returns and then doesn't refund the money.  And if you check hobby_palace's feedback, he also just took payment and then didn't even ship anything out.
