Sam Ruston Sold as is rv and failed to repair, disclose, and install accessories without complication. Dangerous tire bulging on rv forward battery and inverter compartments, satelite not installed properly, and service now refuses to take my calls or reply. Westminster California

Motorhome sold as is but repairs and an additional satelite added. Repairs agreed not yet replaced or repaired. Tires bulged and dangerous to operate. Tire with extreme bulge photographed by repairmen but no action...forcing me to replace all tires...this was to avoid a blowout and damage to battery and inverter compartment at bulged wheel. Satelite improperly installed wireless communication failed and would not work. Forcing two days of hardwiring and system still has problems connecting hassle free. Shower door knob fell off, cabinet doors came off, paid a total of $3600 for walk through and repairs in financing and no assistance on my complaints.

Dealer has failed to reply to my inquiries about tires shared cost, Eric Brown sales mgr., called me drunk one night and attempted to settle for $750 . Tire cost to me was $1884.12. I agreed to share half the cost and no response after over a week. Initially my salesman was very helpful but the service department seems to be unreliable and incompetent. This is due to the sales department hesitation for authorization of repairs. After first day of driving off the lot. Complete battery failure. I found a service document left in the rv indicating. Service department was aware batteries needed replacement..after presenting the document four house batteries were replaced.
