My family has had a horrible experience with Samantha Glist. She has been super rude and disrespectful with my husband. We were late on a rental payment and we were in the communication with the owner of the property directly and promised to pay them once we got paid and Samantha would jump in and threaten to kick us out, and told us that we have a week to move out.

I have an infant and it's not that easy to just pick up our things and go. She wasn't understand of our situation, but the owner was and she would get in their head to be against us as well. We were up to date with the rental payment and had the month of February to find another place to move as our lease was ending at the end of that month.

Samantha was secretly charging us late fees although the owner had approved our late payment and did not mention any late fees. Then the day we were moving which was February 28, we were already loading the Uhaul and she was already telling us to hurry up and if we don't finish up that she will throw out our remaining things from the apartment which was unfair.

The owner even told us to take our time and not to worry, but Samantha on the other hand was unprofessional and rude. She was telling us "She's the one in charge" and all of this nonsense. We had to rush out and get everything out before she threw our things out. My daughter was sick and I was at the hospital all day so we were a little behind but having someone put pressure on us was very uncomfortable and I would never recommend her to anyone.





On top of all of this, once we moved out, she doesn't want to give us our security deposit and sent us fake invoices mentioning that she had to pay someone to paint the aparments (5 walls for $1,400) does not make sense at all and also wanted to count in the late fees, and a cleaning fee which was another fake invoice. We had already painted and clean the apartment. We most likely left a few things behind from all of the pressure she gave us in threatening us to leave didn't give us time to look back to make sure everything was good to go.

I also would like to add that my husband injured while we were living there as one of the tiles has a whole in our kid's room and he hurt himself. We didn't want to make this a big deal at the time but now we will since she wants to make this difficult for us. PLEASE EVERYONE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DO NOT WORK WITH THIS WOMAN. SHE IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND IF IT DOESN'T INVOLVE MONEY SHE WILL NOT HELP YOU.

 This is most likely Samantha... definitely not the owners as they barely speak English. See, Samantha as usual always does the talking and thinks she’s the boss... clearly a Virgo thing go figure. When in reality she isn’t. Notice how she stated manages their other properties? Whoopty doo!

I feel bad for those owners as they’re blind and aren’t realizing that Samantha is the worst realtor and they’re letting her get in their heads with false information. We know this because when we spoke with the owners directly they were a bit more understanding, well mainly the husband... it seems like the wife was letting Samantha get in her head and as soon as we were late on a payment it felt like she turned against us.

Also, you stated late for 6 months? Lies. We were late twice towards the end in December & January which she added TWO late fees and deducted it from our security deposit even after the owner had already accepted our late payment. She’s trying to rip us off now but it’s all good. Also, we did not move back to my mom’s, why would we get a Uhaul if she lives in the same complex?

Did you not read the post? there she goes assuming. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM, THAT IS SAMANTHA, NOT THE OWNERS. She tends to speak for them since she’s "in charge” lol. Pretty soon those will be the only properties that you will be in charge of as soon as everyone finds out what type of realtor you are.

We are the owners of the unit they are referring too. Everything they have written is a lie and are false accusations againt my realtor Samantha. Samantha works for us directly for all of our properties and our partners properties and she takes direct orders from us.

1. They were given sixty days notice that they signed and dated and agreed to that their lease was not being renewed.

2. We even took one of the security deposits and used it towards their last month to help them as they could not pay it.

3. Out of twelve months, they didnt pay one month (lived a security deposit to help them), they paid six of the eleven months late ( we have proof from the bank), two months they paid us bad checks from a closed account ( we have proof) and never paid the bad check charges

4. Samantha worked with them instead of evicting them when they were two months behind in their rent because she did not want them to have an eviction on their record for ten years and she was very professional and considerate of them.

5. The day the apartment was turned in it was not turned in in the same condition in which it was given to them.  The unit was not painted , holes in the walls, the back gate lock broken,  the patio full of their items (which they only had to move to their mothers within the same community) which we did not touch, items still in the unit and the apartment dirty.

Hopefully these false accusations will stop and be removed from this site.
