Samaritan Ambulance-Owner Kenneth Lock Ripped of employees and clients Indianapolis, Indiana

I worked for Kenneth Lock from June 2011 to the end of July 2011.  The entire time I worked for Kenneth Lock he refused to give me a pay stub.  He didn't have his employees clock in our out so it was never recorded on what the wages were.  He shorted my first check 22 hours which I'm not sure how that happens.  He took two weeks to correct this, and when I asked him how he missed 22 hours he stated that he must of forgot some hours.  He lies to his clients all the time.  On numerous occasions the ambulance that I would be operating or in would break down and we would have patients waiting for us to pick them up.  They would call asking where the EMT's were at, and kenneth would say that he just spoke to them and they are on their way, when in fact we were sitting in his personal vehicle with him and he would make fun of his patients after he hung up the phone.  He does not treat people well, and he gets mad very easily and will cuss out and threaten people who upset him.  I saw him stick a baton in his back pocket and threaten a towing company that he would bash their employees head in because he damaged the back bumper a little when he was putting the ambulance on the wrecker.  I accidently backed into a pole, and he told me that I had to pay for the whole thing or he'd fire me and see me in small claims court.  Whem I inquired about his insurance he told me that he wasn't going to make a claim because he didn't want his insurance to go up.  Yea right, probably doesn't even have insurance.  I have left the company and I have to go to court today to sue him for my last two paychecks which is over 1000.00 because he won't give them to me.  Stay away from this company people, he is no good.  He also goes by Cody which is his last name, and he's only 22.  He's immature and ignorant, and he isn't even a licensed EMT anymore, but he treats patients as if he was.  His ambulances are not up to code whatsever, which I will be reporting to the EMS commission today as well.
