Before i start tell you about my horrible expierce with this company I must first advise that the only reason I am writing this is because the company has no regards for peoples hard earn money that they CHOOSE to spend with there company . 

First Encounter . 

I first came across Samayah Milian from a co worker  who happened to purchase some of there hair she did not have a pleasent expeirence either . 

First time I purchased Three bundles of hair and chose the "pickup" method since I live locally. I took three buses to meet this "samayah Milian" representaitve not a a established buisness but was told to me her on the corner of some block (red flag #1) I arrived there only to be waiting 35 plus minutes for the rep to show up with my hair . When they showed up they advise me they were late because i arrived five minutes late to a cornor block and they needed to make the bank (keep  in mind i arrived after 4pm when banks are about to close). However I was already ready to go home so I just brushed it off .  

2nd Encounter 

After falling in love with a fabulos product I thought perhaspe I will order again . When I texted to place my order for  $368.00 I asked if they could possibly  meet me half way (less than 10miles ) and was rudley told " You can take your biusness else where " . I thought that was extremly rude especially when I am payin over 300 dollars and taking public transportaion to meet you . 

3rd encounter 

After being turned away I vowed not to ever purchase again from Samayah Milian .  Now my mother on the other hand was really in love with there hair and decided to  purchased from them . Sad to say she became more fustrated than I . 

A special was posted on there website where you can do pickup for $100 or do online purchase for $85  all hair types / closures on the website are listed as being in stock so of course being locally in Phil my mom thought it would be ok to pickup. When my mom try to pick it up she was told the item/lenght that she wanted is not availble for pick up and she can place her order online . Hence online the product is instock  and charged her $18 for shipping and $12 dollars for tax !. If the  website says that it is in stock why would she be told it is not available. On top of paying so much in extra charge she did not receive the order until 10 days later .  Upon asking why the delay we were told there was a delay because the mass amount of orders.  When I went on instagram to post a comment seeing how they pay more attention to instagram than the phone line . I post a simple comment asking from someone to reply to my text and also noted there lack of customer services. Needless to say  did not receive a reply and my comment deleted within the hour . 

Fast Forward to this day 7/2/14 . Once again my mom decided to order two more bundles from there current special they have been running for the special . Once again when asked if she can pick up was told no and she can purchase online and once again pay the $18 dollars in shipping and $12 in tax th order was placed two weeks ago and today would make it the 13th day since the order was placed and still my mother has yet to recive her product . When I inquired for her I wrote two emails and sent multiple texts . After two days i finally receive a reply . I asked if  the shipping charge can be refunded which was more than adequate at this point seeing how its been two weeks and we still have not gotten anything .

Rudley by the hairman i was told no they will not refund the shipping charge and they can cancel my order and I can replce my order for full price . I have never in my life been so upset . I have been more than kind to a company I have spent over $1500 dollars with . If i was to cancel my order and replace it with shipping snd taxes the order it self would end up costing me an extra $175 dollars which is why I participated in the sale . I was not asking for my refund back just for the $18.00 for shipping I paid when I live in Philadelphia the same city the operate out of and still have not received my product . 

Bottom line this company has a wonderful line of hair but the people operationg this so called "buisness do not know one thing about customer service and the value of someones dollar . Samayah Millian has conned me out of an extra $300 in shipping/ handling and replacing order fees all due to there mistake and when you ask them about it they are quick to cancel your order and delete your negative feedback . I have been in the customer service industry for 14 years and have never seen customer service this bad . If you are spending $300-$400 with a company you would like to be assured that they are ligitamite and not here to take your money. This company will not last long .
