SammyDress i ordered three dresses and paid extra to rush order, never recieved my third back order dress!!! I want to be reimbursed for extra postage and third dress!! Yigou International group, which is located in She Internet

on january 28, 2017 i ordered 3 dresses and paid an extra $18 to rush my order. i go online two days later to track my order, i get information stating it was chinese new year and the company was closed down. now, i placed the order several days before the chinese new year. so once the holiday was over i sent a request asking for a full refund!! then two day later i get one of the three dresses. so i sent another request asking for a refund for the other two dresses. a couple of days later a second dress comes. i sent another request asking for a refund for the third dress because it was still on back order. today is august 24, 2017. i have not been reimbursed nor have i gotten the dress!! i have made several attempts but have not hear from the company. i wouldnt advise anyone to deal with this company!!
