Ordered in-stock bedroom set. After 6 weeks truck got completly lost. Had to cancle order and do again. 6 more weeks got bedroom set and now 2 months later and over fifteen calls to the service dept. Still can't get refund on first purchase. Credit billed twice and no credit. 9 times out of the fifteen calls to servive number 888-746-7726. They say computors are down and to call back in two hours. Funny thing its always 2 hours. I've spoken to 3 supervisors and just keep getting the run around. COMPLETLY IMCOMPENTENT at Sam's Club.com, I'm president of small Mfg. Co. and do lots of business at the store and am a gold key member but sitll can not get my return. Will have to go to my credit card company to have it removed.

NOT Happy.
