I purchased a samsung laptop 16 mths ago. I need to replace my battery.
I contacted samsung for a replacement and told they don't carry my model and part no.
Strikes me as odd since it is a SAMSUNG merchandise. They suggested a different company who does sell some samsung parts. To my amazement.... they don't carry it either.
I wasted my money on something I can't even use.
When I asked for a supervisor, I was told that there is nothing they can do to help and basically told me it is hopeless.
I have searched everywhere online and no luck. This laptop was made in Nov 2010 and purchased it in 2011. Now I have to go buy me another laptop.
I will never buy SAMSUNG merchandise ever again.
