Samsung Appliances I was sold a lemon refrigerator at lowes. In 3 years I had over 6 service calls because we were constantly throwing away food due to our freezer and refrigerator not keeping food cold. SAMSUNG REPLACED SEVERAL parts without relief of the problem. Nationwide
I was sold a lemon refrigerator at lowes. In 3 years I had over 6 service calls because we were constantly throwing away food due to our freezer and refrigerator not keeping food cold. SAMSUNG REPLACED SEVERAL parts without relief of the problem. Then we found it leaking through our floors and found mold all over our walls . We contacted them regarding this, sent pictures and followed the correct steps in order for a refund and to ensure damages fixed. They still will not issue a refund after 3 years of aggravation. Each time I call it's another hoop to jump through. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE JUNK!
